Am Ein Bywydau
The film ‘Am Ein Bywydau’, commissioned by Cymru Wledig LPIP Rural Wales together with Pontio, is a new work by film maker Rhys Edwards. This film reflects on the deep connections between people, landscape and living heritage. Through the voices of Cymdeithas Pysgota Seiont Gwyrfai & Llyfni, it explores traditional skills, knowledge of nature, and the place names that root us in our communities.
The work is part of a wider research project exploring the intangible cultural heritage of rural communities in Wales. The full project report will be published and available on our website in Spring 2026.
Project Reports
Since its inception in 2024, Cymru Wledig LPIP Rural Wales’ researchers have completed a number of vital projects. A number of additional projects are currently underway, and new projects and surveys will commence in Spring 2026. This page will be updated as reports and analysis are completed.
You can find the completed reports for each project below: please click on the title to download.
For a number of these reports, additional analysis has been undertaken to complete a Policy document, wherein the Researchers draw on the results of the project, and present a number of recommendations to Policymakers. We are adding to this library as documents are completed, and will update this section with the most recent policy documents.
